Business Law

Entity formation, contracts, transactions, and ongoing counsel for growing companies.

Overview

From founders forming their first GmbH to established firms navigating cross-border deals, we serve as practical, business-minded counsel. Our advice is built on decades of experience representing banks, private equity investors, and operating companies.

How We Help

  • Entity formation and governance
  • Commercial contracts and licensing
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
  • Regulatory compliance and investigations
  • Commercial litigation and dispute resolution

Our Approach

We aim to be the counsel you call before a problem becomes a lawsuit — clear risk analysis, tight documentation, and decisive execution when transactions or disputes require it.

Common Questions

+How does the initial consultation work?

The first call is free and confidential. We spend 20 to 30 minutes understanding your matter, outlining possible paths forward, and telling you honestly whether we are the right firm for the case. If we are, we send a written engagement letter before any billable work begins.

+How do you charge for your work?

We offer three fee structures depending on the matter: hourly billing for advisory and transactional work, fixed fees for well-defined projects such as an estate plan or entity formation, and contingency arrangements for qualifying personal injury cases. Every engagement letter sets fees out in writing before we begin.
